"I brought my car in to have tire’s evaluated & check out rattling in rear tire area. They ordered new tires & when I came back on a Friday to have them mounted, they found that I had a broken shock. They were very busy & couldn’t replace it that day, so I made an appointment for Monday. When they found out I had to care for my aging mom out of town that weekend, they recommended that I not drive the car that far. As I was on the phone trying to arrange alternative transportation, they offered me an early Saturday morning appointment instead. I am beyond appreciative for this act of kindness.
